About Octanex

Octanex is a digital agency. This site, projects.octanex.agency, is our private workspace for running client projects with our team and the people we invite.

What the workspace does

• Projects, tasks, comments and file sharing.
• Whiteboards for planning and design reviews.
• Time tracking in the browser and in the Octanex Tracker desktop app for Mac and Windows.
• Optional work screenshots, controlled per person by the workspace owner.

Who can use it

Access is by invitation only. Accounts are created by Octanex or by a workspace owner who invites their team.

Google Drive

The workspace owner can connect their Google Drive so screenshots and backups are kept there instead of on our server. Octanex can only see the files it creates. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
