These terms apply to projects.octanex.agency and the Octanex Tracker desktop app, provided by OCTANEX LLC. By using them you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Access is by invitation. Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for legitimate work. Do not upload unlawful content, try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.

Your content

You and your workspace own the content you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.

Time tracking and screenshots

Workspace owners decide whether screenshots are taken and which monitors are included. Owners must tell the people they track how tracking works and have a lawful reason for it. Screenshots are only taken while a timer is running.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and backed up, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data.

Ending access

A workspace owner can remove members at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
